On the Dec. 6, Sunday Night Football game between the Steelers and Colts you may have seen a cool Nike commercial starring Peyton Manning called “The Future is Fast.” It features NFL stars including Manning playing with to the NFL “stars” of the future. What you may have missed were two Pueblo police officers on the fake NFL rosters for the commercial.
According to a post on Facebook, by the Pueblo Police Department, current officer Seth Jensen and Michael Timme, a former officer served as extras in a the NIKE spot.
From the Facebook post, “[the two] participated in over 65 hours of rehearsal and filming at Mile High Stadium for NIKE’s ‘The future is fast’ commercial.”
Where will you catch them in the commercial? By going off the numbers, No. 97 is the defensive end for the Green Bay Packers and can be seen at the :07 mark And No. 34 can be found around the :15 mark looking on from the Broncos sidelines.
No word yet if Jensen and Timme have been signed to the practice squad for either teams.
