Chardonnay is, perhaps, the most ubiquitous white wine varietal in the world. Famous for being the queen of white Burgundy, you would be hard-pressed to not find it in any area that grows wine grapes. It is also usually the first white varietal to be planted in a prospective wine-growing area. There's a reason for this. Besides making a well-known and widely-enjoyed wine, Chardonnay is a chameleon among wine grapes.

Scientists have found a connection between people who spend little time preparing their food and a higher Body Mass Index (BMI). Fast food exemplifies this relationship between speed and not-so-healthy meals.
